Stickerbook.com is a platform for distributing digital sticker collectibles ("Sticker NFTs") through a participation model using the Stickerbook tokens. This is a community-driven initiative focused on fun, creativity, and collection — not financial gain or speculation.
2. Non-Investment Disclaimer
Stickerbook is not a financial product, investment, or security. Holding Stickerbook coins does not entitle you to profit, equity, dividends, or appreciation. Sticker NFTs are not financial assets or promises of value. They are purely for entertainment and collection.
3. Airdrop and Reward Mechanism
Eligible wallets holding Stickerbook coins may receive Sticker NFTs through the HoldDrop™ system. Eligibility is based on:
Sticker NFTs are automatically delivered to wallets; there is no claim process. Drop frequency and snapshot timing are at the discretion of the Stickerbook team and are not randomized for the purpose of chance-based selection. Stickerbook may introduce tiered or milestone-based rewards to recognize community participation and collection behavior. These tiers are determined by factors such as Stickerbook token balance, duration of hold, collection completion, or other contribution-based metrics. However, eligibility for such recognition or rewards is not contractual, and Stickerbook retains full discretion in all distribution, eligibility, and reward decisions.
4. No Gambling or Lottery
The project is not a lottery, contest, sweepstakes, or game of chance. Rewards are based on holding behavior, not luck or random selection. No purchase beyond token holding is required for participation.
5. Royalties and Revenue Use
Royalties collected from secondary NFT sales are used solely to support the ongoing creative and operational costs of the Stickerbook project. These royalties are not shared with token holders or NFT buyers and do not represent revenue sharing, profit participation, or financial return of any kind.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, branding, and designs related to Stickerbook are owned by the creators or their licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute this content without permission.
7. Use of the Site
You agree not to use Stickerbook.com for any unlawful, harmful, or exploitative purpose. You must comply with all local laws in your jurisdiction related to digital assets and NFT use.
8. Limitation of Liability
Stickerbook.com is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime, drop frequency, NFT value, or platform performance. We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from use of the platform or blockchain-related issues.
